  4. Metal Shingle Roofs – Have a very long effective (up to 50 to 70 years) making them not only durable, but environmentally friendly because they do not have to be replaced. They can also earn the homeowner a Class 4 premium discount.

  5. Sheet Metal – Sheet metal roofs come in a wide variety of types and colors. They offer the benefits of durability, energy efficiency, low maintenance, and long-term increased home value. Sheet metal roofs can also help the homeowner earn the Class 4 premium discount.

  6. Polymer Roofing Systems – Polymer roofing systems mimic the natural beauty of slate and cedar shingles, and offer lasting color and durability. They provide a Class 4 rating and can help the homeowner earn the Class 4 premium discount.
